tattoo sleeve pricing/improving?

right so basically i had a tattoo sleeve idea and was wondering on price and maybe how to improve it.

so basically the sleeve idea is:

at the top a halo around the top of the arm, like an armband. then 3 old fashioned crosses, for religion and the trinity. then going down onto more of a memory thing for my mom (shes not dead before someone asks.) then underneath a quote not sure which one yet, open to ideas. then underneath that a series of sporting objects such as boxing gloves, a football etc. as ive always loved sports.

i would like this in black and grey.

so basically there is a few questions:

what would be a good quote to put in?
would you recommend any changes improvements?
around how much would it cost average in the UK?

also what do you think of the idea.

I have over 100 hours of tattoos, including both sleeves (full coverage from wrists and onto shoulders and neck), so I understand the decision process of getting tattoos.
First: choose something that has some meaning to you. I doesn't really matter what others think about it -- what matters is what you think about it. Following what others think will lead to a trendy tattoo that you may regret a few years down the road.
Second: make sure it looks attractive and it flows with your body. I've seen many people with disjointed tattoos of different styles all on the same body part. They may have meaning for that person, but it doesn't look attractive.
It sounds like you're think about what has meaning, but I worry that what you describe will be busy and disjointed. Also, armbands are hard to work around in the future. What you could do is have one theme on one arm, and a different theme on another? That's what I've done.
I don't know what typical tattoo rates are in the UK, but pretty much everything over there costs almost double what it does in the states, and here tattoos are typically $100/hour and up, and each of my sleeves took about 20 hours of tattooing. So we're talking thousands of dollars (pounds).
